Refund & Cancellation

At Manhar Malini, we take great care in packaging and delivering your order safely. Since each item is crafted and handled with utmost attention, we have a strict no-return, no-cancellation policy except under the conditions listed below:

  1. Refunds are only applicable if:

    • You receive a product that is damaged in transit.

    • You receive the wrong product.

  2. Conditions for Refunds:

    • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at manharmalini@gmail.com with clear photos and order details.

    • The customer must bear the shipping charges for returning the item.

  3. Cancellations:

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  4. Processing of Refunds:

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. This may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
